very good machine , I have really put this tool through the paces , spent a few hours on a stainless sculpure and mainly grinding and was so impressed with the power and work beyond my expectations

Used the rotary carver only about 2-3 hours. I greased the flex shaft before using.Seems to work great. Good power.Runs pretty quiet. I like the foot pedal. I have a concern with the connection between shaft and hand piece. Doesn't look strong enough to me but just my opinion. That's the reason for the 4 stars.

Foot pedal went from smooth control of the rpm to an on/off switch. The sudden jam of torque caused the motor to bounce off its hook and slam onto table. Foot pedal is complete garbage compared to the motor and flex shaft. Big disappointment.

It's sturdy and works just like advertised. It would be perfect if the flex shaft was a bit longer and, for me personally, it would be better if the speed selection was not through the pedal but I can see it as fully functional for others. No complaint and would recommend.

I really like the way this product feels in my hand. Very smooth operation, easy control with the foot pedal. The chuck gets a solid grip on the bit you’re using and really allows you to do some heavy cuts as well as more detailed and delicate cuts. My only wish for this product is that I could get a 90 degree head for it. If it exists, I can’t find one available for purchase. I would definitely recommend!

We really appreciate the chuck, which will hold larger shafts than most dremel-type, yet still grip very small drill bit. Surprised to see so many accessories in the box! Recommended; we will update after we learn more about this tool after use a few months.

This rotary tool has a ton of power! There are quite a few reviews about breaking the flex shafts in similar models but I put some lithium grease in mine when I got it and it stays nice and cool and I don’t expect any issues out of it. The chuck fits 1/4 inch bits nicely as well. If you are thinking about buying one I would say that this one was a great buy for the price and short of a 1000 watt model, which I can’t imagine being that much more powerful, you don’t really need to spend any more than this.
