It work fine and do what it should and the diamond bits that comes with it are decent.The only thing that i don't like is when using the extension it get a bit hot.

As an artist and ceramics teacher I was looking for a hand held rotary tool that was light weight, easy to operate and hold, with good quality for a reasonable price. I use this tool to smooth glaze drips and rough patches on ceramics and to distress fabric when making my custom denim pieces. The variety of grinders and sanding bits included in this package makes this a versatile addition to my tool box. The handle has not gotten hot and is comfortable to use. There is plenty of power to accomplish what I need done. Overall this is a flexible tool, using it for smoothing ceramics and distressing fabric.

I bought this product after reading numerous reviews from satisfied customers. The instructions for changing bits and pieces were very clear: push down the spindle, use the provided tool to unscrew the collet nut, etc. Initially, everything worked fine, and I successfully installed and used a new bit. However, when it came time to change the bit for a different type, I ran into trouble. It was impossible to unscrew the collet nut to replace the bit. It seemed as though the spindle lock button wasn't holding enough pressure to allow the collet nut to unscrew, leaving the device stuck with the same bit and unable to use any longer. Total usage time after purchase? 4 minutes. I returned it for a refund.

Had to use extreme force to cut threw a ceramic pot but I did get it threw and was still very clean hole no cracks at all so if it had just a bit more power would awesome but still able to get the job done.

Significantly cheaper than the leading brand name. Comes with lots of grinding disks. Has adjustable speeds but at set intervals so you can't slow it down very much. I wanted to use this for carving, but it doesn't really come with the right tools for that. Ended up returning the product and sticking with hand tools.

I needed this to work on iron/steel motorcycle tanks. I appreciated the extra accessoriess and the case it came with. So far everything works great and is what I needed. No real issues. The device itself is a tad thick so if you need this to get into tight spaces, you might consider getting a thinner (likely less power though) model. I left a pic so you can see what it looks like when you receive. I also put a black marker in the pic for scale.

I bought this to tackle cutting off a shower cartridge, and this did the job just fine. Product appears well made and sturdy. Great price point when compared to the dominant name brand in the market. Why pay more for a tool that most of us use so infrequently?

Very easy on the hands and definitely cheaper then Dremel with a decent noise level and quality, it's got some great weight to it and it's easy to hold and comes with everything you need to get your crafting done accurate!

The dremel is great. Pretty powerful, has lots of options and addons that will come in handy at some point. One flaw is the instruction manual, it's not much and does not cover usage of all supplied parts, thankfully these dremels are pretty self explanatory.
