I love the pink tools I keep finding on Amazon. Even better is that this one supports breast cancer research. Good value for the money. Handy rotary tool. Stronger than my Dremel Lite, which is what I needed to cut rocks. Happy with this tool.Update** I am deducting a couple stars… I’m finding that this tool tends to overheat a lot and quickly, it then shuts itself off. It is very frustrating when trying to work on a project.

Purchased for the metal cutting and sanding features. It works pretty well. It is a bit heavy and louder than I would prefer, but I plan to keep it and make good use of it.

It actually surprises me that in the age of cordless tools, Bosch (owner of Dremel) still has yet to produce one that isn’t complete garbage. And I say this as a fan of their corded units. I don’t do a ton of hobby work, but when you need something small to cut in confined areas, you can’t beat a Dremel. I finally pulled the trigger on this unit after researching for a couple of months, and I just couldn’t find anything else that met my needs.I had a couple requirements and this met them. It has to have independently charging battery packs (I don’t want to throw out a tool just because the battery is bad and can’t be replaced), it has to be variable speed, and it has to be 12V (every 8V unit I’ve ever tried just doesn’t have the power I need).This meets all 3 requirements, AND it’s not much bigger / heavier than a standard Dremel.It comes with the charger, battery, your standard cheap Dremel accessory kit, and a bag which is NOT a blow-moulded case (this is a good thing, those take up far too much space in my service van).I actually bought a second battery. This thing has all the power of a corded unit. My only real complaint is that I didn’t buy it sooner.

The only thing I can find wrong with this is that the first few times the battery seems to stick inside the tool. I didn’t know that it is a perfect perfect gift for somebody. I love the pink my mom and I have been doing construction work for a very long time and it’s going to be amazing to be able to present her with the stool. Thank you so much to the seller for having a high-quality item at a good price.
