This pull bar was an affordable option for my small home gym. It was relatively easy to out together and the instructions were satisfactory. Assembly took about an hour alone. The unit is narrow but pretty sturdy when assembled properly. The pulley system is a nice added feature but the seat likely needs to be removed for unassisted pull ups. But it adds options for other exercises as well. The dip bars could be larger and with a grip. I was missing a small carbiner for one pulley cable and their customer service was excellent to deal with and promptly mailed the part.

Purchased recently to replace a doorframe chinup bar. Assembly instructions could be clearer for the nuts/bolts to use (included), but only took 30 mins to get setup once everything made sense.Works well enough for chinups, pullups, dips and leg raises. Slightly shakey but nothing to worry about unless you are significantly overwheight. I use it with a weight vest which brings me to ~200lbs and no issues so far.Top bar can be adjusted for very high chinups off the ground if needed. Only negative is the high horizontal backplate can sometimes interfere a bit with certain movements, but does not prevent execution.Overall good buy for the price and glad I purchased. It does take up a bit of room so make sure you have the height and space available.

Excellent tower at this price point. As someone who is 6’3 I especially appreciate the maximum height, as I’m able to do pull-ups without having to tuck in my feet. I ditched the included padding altogether. Not necessary and easier to just wipe the bar to keep it clean. Also very space efficient for small spaces, while being big enough to be stable. For those wanting a luxury rack, look somewhere else. For those wanting a good workout at a good price and know what to expect at this price range - this is for you. I love mine.

Going to start putting Steve on Blast for his review from last march; Dude, it's outside, direct contact with water or not, there is MOISTURE in the air. It will get in there and cause rust even withing "Direct water contact". How do you not know this stuff??Now, my review; It's a solid unit, well engineered. I'm 200lb 6'2" and I feel comfortable and stable using this. Just tighten the bolts down right. The instructions are general trash but anybody who's handy or is a problem solver, can figure it out. Can be done without instructions in 20 minutes (Thats how I did it) you just need to know where the bolts go. I like that they have those 2 pieces on an angke for bracing, I see other models that dont have that and I'm concerned about it bending on me.I ordered this and it said it would arrive next week and then yesterday I get an alert saying it's already out for delivery so I dont know what thats about but it arrived earlier than expected which is always a plus.Only gripe is that the foam rolls slip around a lot. May be better off not using them, might slip off mid pullup. It's not a big concern, can always take them off the ends of the bar.Solid unit, all the parts came with it (Some complained about a missing bolt or 2, I got them all) no damage of any kind.Worth the money.

The only reason I give this 3 instead of 4 stars is because one of the measurements is listed incorrectly (which was a major factor in my buying decision). It is listed as 31" in Width (from end to end of the pull-up bar), and my opening is 33". So I was very disappointed when I assembled it and found out it's actually closer to 37" from end to end of the pull-up bars.Other than the size being incorrectly labelled, assembly was OK, the instructions were concise but could have been more clear. Would be great if they had a YouTube video of it. It's sturdy-ish for me (5 ft 10" and 155 lbs) as long as you're doing controlled pull-ups and not really swinging on it.

First thing to do is layout all the similar parts and screws. Instructions are simple but you won't understand them unless you organize the tools because none of the parts are labelled. It was easy to build after the initial phase of organizing and knowing what goes where. Overall it's a sturdy product, no damage, of course you can be swinging on it Becuase it's not heavy so it will move. Good for pull Ups, dips but a little too close for push Ups.

Perfect for pull ups, dips, palms-in Australian Pull ups, full range-of-motion push ups, hanging L sits, dead hang stretche, and more. Honestly wish I had gotten this way earlier instead of my parallel bars, but admittedly, it's a little bit of an eye sore in my apartment. Granted, now my friends have somewhere to hang their clothes when they visit lol. It's sturdy, haven't had to tighten the screws yet, and there's a little bit of a wobble purely because it's freestanding, but nothing to fret over. The suction-like feet don't actually have any grip to them, so if you are on hardwood and want extra security, you can slide a non-slip strip underneath (just a suggestion, but personally, not needed).

The design is very sturdy for pull-ups and dips. Muscle up on the other hand is very inconvenient due to the lack of side stabilizers, it can wobble side-to-side when lowering down from a muscle up. The wobbling can also happen with archer pull-ups. In addition, the parallettes bars at the bottom of the tower is great for practicing handstands, since the pull-up bar can assist with balance. The metal structure seems to be high quality, but the bar cushion is subpar. I can already see permanent dents along the bar cushion after a few days of use.Overall, I would still recommend this for basic calisthenics, but harder progression might not suit this equipment.2021 Update: After using it for almost a year, the bar cushion is still in one piece. There are prominent creases and various locations are dented with missing cushion. The quality is still acceptable even with minimal maintenance!
