Your cart is empty.The ROTH ID TAG is a durable, reflective, waterproof/heat/UV resistant tag that adheres to almost any hard surface. The tag includes an area on the back for users to write emergency information, along with three adhesive strips. The two long strips are used to affix the tag to the carseat. In the event of an emergency, the ROTH ID TAG removable strip can be detached from the tag and used as an emergency medical wristband by first responders. This reduces the risk of misinformation or loss of information in chaotic emergency situations.

The only thing that was I didn’t like is that I purchased two sets and they both came in the same plastic seal. This is an issue because they are both gifts and now they “opened” when I give them.Would have given 5 stars if packaging was better and better quality.

This is one of those things that you hope you never need. At first I was a bit hesitant because of the price, then I thought about it...yes, it's about $8 per "sticker" but they are well designed, stick great and have space for you to include contact information. The sticker becomes a "bracelet" should a child ever need to be rescued.The only problem I had was finding a space on the car seat that didn't already have safety information printed (since they tell you to not cover any of that when placing the sticker.) I did find a spot. Not easy.They give you a simpler sticker for the other side of the seat in case it's not facing the open door.

This ROTH ID Tag Kit is such a smart and simple idea—I’m honestly surprised it’s not included with every car seat already! As a parent, having this emergency contact identification system on my child’s car seat gives me so much more peace of mind when we’re out and about.It was super easy to fill out and attach, and I love that the information is clearly visible but also secure and weather-resistant. It gives first responders everything they need to know if I’m ever in an accident and can’t speak for my child.It’s one of those small things that makes a big difference, and I now have one on every car seat and booster we own. Love this! I saw it on an add in IG and came running to Amazon to get it. It’s brilliant and I think this should be automatically installed by manufacturers when selling car seats! I bought 2 sets for each of my sisters’ kids
