I purchased these lights and immediately hung them up. Very happy. The remote is nice, light is great, length is excellent. It comes with all the tools needed for installation.There was a particularly windy day where the lights wire snapped. As these are outdoor lights, I emailed support. They simply asked for a picture and my address and sent me a new set of lights. Amazon support, quick and very kind. I definitely recommend!

I bought two sets of lights in spring 2023. They were great and held up really well. In spring 2024 I was rearranging the lights and put too much pressure on a line and snapped it - with one week left of warranty I reached out for support - directly to the company as directed - and after sending a few photos and explanation of the situation they had a new set shipped to me via Amazon within a week!Love the look of the lights. I’m happy to have plastic bulbs after having glass for years and always having small accidents with a big clean up with them!I bought an additional strong, so I’ve got three linked together above my back yard with no issues at all!

Product lasted exactly to the day for the advertised warranty period ( 1 year) then the IR controller quit working. After contacting the distributor and having them send out a replacement controller from the manufacturer in China (which was the wrong one) they said they tried but because the product was discontinued and because I was 1 day over the warranty period it was my problem. DO NOT BUY this inferior product and most certainly don't do business with the seller. Now you will have to excuse me while I remove $80 worth of junk off of my patio and go look for a better replacement.

These a great!! Adjustable brightness is a must. Timer. Remote. They are perfect! 👌 We have them around our trailer spot. Gives us a nice look and helps prevent certain animals from coming out from the bush area. And if they do, we can now see them and walk away if needed. Highly recommend for anyone

Perfect set for what we needed! We originally had a very cheap set from a big box store. These are much better quality! They are brighter and no issues with storms. The remote for dimming works perfect.

I just got my Brightown hanging led lights in the mail and I am so pleased with the quality and brightness. The lights look super stylish and modern and will look great on my porch! I bought a remote with the lights that controls the brightness from dim, medium to a very bright setting. You can even set the timing of the lights (4H, 6H, 8H, or 12H). If you are looking for porch lights, look no further! I would definitely recommend!!
