I got this because I have two trailers, one of each ball size. I figured it would be easier then carrying two hitch setups all the time. The problem with this hitch is the fact that there is a huge gap between the ball part and the hitch. It is loud and very sloppy. I gave it a chance but just couldn't deal with the noise and slop. The pins are very loose aswell, adding to the noise and slop. If they would have had a tighter clearance with tighter fitting pins, or rubber bushings to close up the spaces it would have been a great hitch.
