Changed out my 60 hp Merc and noticed all parts were still good with the exception of the impeller itself.I took a chance on my friends boat and bought only the impeller. Housing and gaskets were all fine. Impeller was destroyed. Replaced the impeller and engine is humming.Water pump is working like new.This impeller works great and is what you need in a 2004 ish Mercury outboard.

Install was so quick and easy that I failed to put a little dab of grease on the inside of the housing. (As recommended by several youtube site) If it wears out before 3 years are up I will just replace.

I bought this to replace an impeller on a 2016 25hp EFI Mercury outboard. It is an exact fit and works great.

An exact fit for my 2006 Mercury 25hp EFI boat motor. The install was easier than I anticipated. Make sure you grease the bolts to keep them from seizing. I was able to reuse the pin that holds the gear change shaft.
