How To Install
- Align the integral ball with the slot and slide it onto the stem
- Insert the pin into the hole and lock it
- Insert the 2" connecting rod into the truck's tail hole and lock it with the latch

This product is really disappointing and one of the worst I've ordered on Amazon.First, I received a used item that was already damaged. I wrote to the company to let them know and never received a reply.The tolerances are far too high and there is far too much play between the support and the truck's hitch.The quality of the locks is really poor and constantly stuck.I don't recommend, buy something else.

Screws will not come out to changes balls to the 1 7/8" complete waste of money buy something else one screw cross threaded the other broke an Allan wrench taking it out was on so tight. 250 bucks down the drain now have to go local store pay twice the money should have done this in the first place

Hi guys. Great hitch and balls. The keyed mechanism failed on me after the fifth or sixth use.I'll contact you to find out how to get new pins with a key set. Hopefully under a warranty. I've had to use my old ones. Locksmith charged me $37 to get the things off in 5 min. Still annoyed but at least I've got my old ones
