Does not fit back together when you try to put the chip in. Luckily, I only needed a piece of it that I was able to make my original key work with

Not quite same quality as OEM, but it worked in replacing my OEM FOB. Just changed out the guts of the old one and transferred to new. Saved me a ton of money by not having to going to the dealer.

Maybe too early to write this review, but the shell does work. Was worried the shell wouldn’t fit on a Ford Edge and it took a bit of force to snap it into place. It works, nice to remote open the vehicle again since my old fob buttons were worn out and that option didn’t work anymore. Like I said, so good so far.

I love it as a replacement but I very much dislike how hard it was to pop apart to add the battery to it
