NOTE: Symbol Meanings

A: When"--- "is showed.it means the temperature is lower than 100 °C，The desolderina station enters into standby mode and the handle is on the holder.

B: When"S-E"is showed,it means the sensor of desoldering station aoes wrona. the heater (heating material and sensor components) needs to be replaced.

C: If the temperature is lower the 50 C and stops up during work, it means that the heater is possibly damaged and the heater (heating material and sensor components ) needs to be replaced.

How to Replace Hot Air Gun Heater?

How to Replace Heater?

1. Replace the heater when it cools down.

2. Loose the two fixing screw on the handle as shown in the picture on the right above.

3. Switch out handle case 1 and then take handle case 2 out

4. Move the air blower out gently, and take out the 3 screws which fix the wiring board.

5. Turn over the wiring board, and remove the wire of the heater from the wiring board.

Pay attention to the connecting place.

6. Take the heater and the mica paper out of the steel tube; Do not break the grounding wire on the steel tube.

7. Wrap the new heater with mica paper and insert it into the steel tube; Pay attention so that it is installed in position.

8. Connect all the wires of the heater to their previous position

9.Installed the handle back in inverse order of removing it.

Note:

1. Do not damage the grounding wire while replacing the heater

2. Do not damage the connecting wire of the air blower during there placement.

3. The fixing pin on the handle case shall be in the fixing hole ofthe steel tube when installing handle case1 back.
