I expected better with all the decent reviews. This pull-up bar can supposedly hold up to 500lb, but in actually was starting to bend and make noises with my 185lbs. Just not worth the money.

Easy to to install, and added a lat pulldown to it without issue. Did not take space in the basement.

It’s pretty rickety, I’m about 200lbs and cannot advise anyone close to that weight to purchase. Also, the lower cross member lines up perfectly with one’s forehead if doing pushups, so you only get about 3/4 of the range of motion. Its cheap and you only just get what you paid for, I’m returning this one.
