The product appeared to be sturdily made however, the locking screw at the back of the stand broke off both stands that I had bought, probably due to bad spot welding making for a really weak joint. I just couldn't be bothered to go through the process of returning the stands, so I drilled and fitted a self tapping screw making the adjustment of the top part of the stands permanent. This is not a problem for me, but manufacturers please sort the weak weld joint out. I have an engineering background and really did not over tighten the screws on either of the stands.These things happen!I won't be buying another one of these stands in the future (too shoddy).

It did work ok, however it did seem a little loose but did hold the guitar. I did like the swing down latch it saved the guitar a few times from falling off. Eventually I gave up the music career as I did not enjoy it as much as I would have hoped. I gave it to a friend that is still using it today. I would purchase this again if I ever got back into guitar!

In my opinion, this is a fairly basic design principle that has been poorly manufactured in terms of overall quality at this price point. Case in point with the tripod angle mounting relative to the stem, as it does not lean back far enough. There is a serious risk that your expensive guitar will get inadvertently knocked over easily and the consequent damage that can potentially arise. It's construction uses tubular and pressed steel components, in itself fine, cheaply chromed with little depth, and MIG or spot weld marking because the tubing used is pre-chromed in the manufacture. It looks cheap and nasty, and in comparison to another stand I own is completely inferior in every respect. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Avoid.

These are great stand for the money. I like the way they tilt the guitar back as some guitar stands tend to want to be top-heavy and tip ahead, these are the best stand I have found and the price is right

This stand is exactly as described. The color is very nice and my boy loves it. The only very small, insignificant issue is the bottom holder part that the guitar rests on, can be a little loose. For the money you can't go wrong with this purchase. It's sturdy, keeps your guitar safely placed and easy to get to.
