I like this heater it does keep the bird cage warm without burning the birds I feel safe with this heater in each cage and so far it has kept my birds safe and warm. If I were recommending heaters this would be my top pick because it is safe for the birds and does keep the cage at a decent temperature for the birds.

I like the temperature adjustment. I found the instructions easy to follow my boards like to sit beside it and over it for the warmth. I like it so much I bought a second one for my other cage six months after the first one.

I know this isn't it's intended purpose, but I was looking for a heater that wouldn't catch my small plastic greenhouse on fire. This heater works great for that. I have two of these in the greenhouse, and when the outside temperature is -2C the greenhouse is around 15C. Perfect for growing plants in the winter.

After 2 days of use, the unit suddenly started to smell of burning plastic and started sparking. The birds were obviously scared... : (

I ordered this in February 2024 it is March 2024 however, my order return window has closed and my product no longer works. I bought one of these from my other birdcage and it’s still working. It was a different model. It didn’t have the electronic thermostat on it, they don’t seem to sell them anymore. I like it much better.

I use this heater to keep my conures cozy at night, as I live somewhere that gets all four seasons. Be careful to have a ventilation spot for your birdies' safety, this heater certainly works well! My baby conure loves to snuggle beside it at night, truly a great purchase from my perspective

May 26, 2024 (7 month after purchase)It has started to make a severely high pitched noise. It cannot be used anymore.______________________________Original review - It works perfectly for my two budgies. Keeps them nice and toasty if the house is cooler that day. Automatically turns off if it gets too warm. My only slight complaint is it is easy to accidentally disconnect the cord. Aside from that, I love it! (I tried to get a picture of my birds snuggled on top of it and they got upset by my phone coming in.)

It is warm enough for my Parrot's cage. However, it is shocked that I doesn't work even the little blue light is on. My bird got cold because of its suddenly malfunctioning. I have to wait for few minutes to check if it is working after I turn it on. If not, I have to open it and re-plug the light bulb inside to reset it.

It's a good heater and gives me peace of mind knowing my birds have a good heat source, but at night, the blue light blinks on and off and it lights up the whole room each time. It's so distracting that I have to turn it off when it's bed time. It would be much better without the light!
