This hone often produces a better burr than my CBN wheels. It seems the lapping fluid is unnecessary. Also, it is nice and stiff.

Bought based on Stumpy nubs review of the Trend line of sharpeners and I followed exactly what he said when purchasing a diamond sharpener. Unfortunately this credit card stone does not live up to expectations. The diamond abrasive seems to be missing from the bottom left corner of the 600 side and as well I can actually see inconstancies in the diamond coating.I also purchased the 600/1000 credit card and the 300/1000 8"X3" bench stone so look for my other reviews on those products.
