They are ok. I used them individually in three different areas of the boat. They didn't want to snap together very easily, so I didn't bother with it.

Comes in a bunch of pieces you are supposed to be able to snap together, during the process all of them broke I would not recommend buying this product

I bought this product long ago and it holding up very nicely! Highly recommended. This is for smaller rods though and not my sea rods

Easy to put together, yes you have to snap it together but a good side fist or soft mallet makes it a piece of cake. All fit perfect together

Not sure what I was expecting when it came to build materials, but they don't quite meet the density or thickness of a standard PVC pipe that you can get at the hardware store. Fortunately, you can still use each individually if you want, since the two plastic brackets on the back come as separate pieces. BOTH spinning and baitcasting gear is supported with the reels on as long as your baitcasting rod is thin enough for the trigger to make it into the cylinder. I measured the interior diameter as 1.75." Anything thicker won't fit. Personally, I just use them for my spinning rods and the support is actually decent. Still wrapped them in black Gorilla tap just to reinforce the seams that go up and down on both sides, but the bottoms are completely open, so longer rods aren't a problem. For shore fishing and kayaking, they're simple enough and functional. Better materials would've bumped them up to 5 stars.
