Does not screw on or fit snug. Basically you lay it over the top of screw. Has an oval opening so it would not fit over the little cap cover on my toilet.

These are something fun for your bathroom. They make me smile when I’m cleaning the commode. No one expects to see such a whimsical thing right there. They aren’t tight but they aren’t super loose either.
