I purchased 5 four pack sets (20 total lug nuts) of these for my Honda March 2024 and noticed this week (July 2024) when removing the wheels to rotate my tires that half of them have some form of damage or deformation. The steel used appears to be incredibly soft compared to the OEM Honda lug nuts I had on before. Attached is a photo of the 5 worst ones, with one of lug nut just destroyed at the seat.I do not use an impact wrench and these were installed with a torque wrench set to 80 ft-lbs. In hindsight it seemed odd months ago when installing these that with each torque click, the wrench kept tightening the lug nut a little bit more as if it wasn't fully fastened. I had assumed it continuing to fasten meant it wasn't fully seated, and I needed to drive the car a bit and re-tighten a few more times to get them to lock in place. I didn't realize at the time that the lug nuts were just deforming under the torque spec.I begrudgingly ordered another 4-pack of these White Knight ones from Amazon because I need a working car right away, but will look to get a higher quality set to replace them all as soon as I can research what is a reputable product to buy.

These are the type of lug nuts you need for rims that have a ball seat to them. Very important that you get lug nuts specific to your wheel seating. I got a great deal on some old VW BBS rims for my NA6 miata and these fit and hold up the rim so well.
