The value of this kit is crazy. It comes with everything you need to go about your soldering projects. The only thing you may need is a way to remove old solder like a copper desoldering braid or solder sucker. This thing heats up quick and performs great. It also comes with many different iron tips. Fantastic purchase.

The plug fitted is a US plug.Not a simple case of changing the plug as the input AC voltage is 110v and not 230v as in the UK.Why the seller is sending these out to the UK is beyond me.Completely useless here.

I can’t believe I spent so much money on this product thinking it would be fine. I don’t recommend this, don’t buy it. It looks premium but performance wise terrible. It stopped working after my return window closed so i can’t even get a refund.

This has a US electrical supply only 110 Volts 60Hz not suitable for use in the UK. Not just a case of changing the plug unfortunately. Very disappointing as bought as a Christmas present. The power supply rating was not in the product description so expected that as it was sold on Amazon UK that it would be compatible with UK electrical systems. The product information omitted the voltage and Hertz rating.Given 1 star because of the fact that we were unable to test it because of the voltage issue.
