Lots of useful tools, in a handy case. Have already have done some fret work and action setting. Capo and the strings are kinda useless, but considering the price, rest of the tools, case, I was happy for the purchase.

So clearly these aren't going to be on the same level as StewMac pro tools and so forth. But for the price this is an excellent value with a wide variety of tools. The overall quality is totally fine and useable for most basic guitar maintenance. I haven't installed the strings yet so not sure of their quality. The capo was ok, not great, but again its a bargain pack of stuff. If you are wanting to learn maintenance on guitars this is a great starting place. The case is also nice and sturdy and keeps everything nice and tidy.

I ordered this guitar maintenance kit because I have several guitars and in constantly needing to do repairs or improvements on them. This kit is very good, but it is definitely geared towards acoustic guitars and not electric. That is not a bad thing, but it is an important thing to know if you are interested in buying it.The quality, for the price, is good. Don’t expect Stew Mac type of quality, but it is good enough for basic jobs.I would recommend it.

Tuner is good, capo is handy but the rest is kinda junky, suggest spending more for a better kit or buy exactly what you need and get better quality.

1 star for the rocker being well machined. The rocker is the only thing of a quality worth using in this kit. The level beam is to short to do a neck evenly. The crowning file is poor quality. The sand paper is poorly made and falls apart on use. Outdoor masking tape gives a far more precise protection for sanding/buffing frets then these metal protectors.Do yourself a favor and buy a individual rocker, a min 16 inch level sander (full neck length is best), a good quality crowning file, a good quality dressing file with a safe edge, and some outdoor grade masking tape.Don't waste your money on this kit or others like it. You will just end up having to replace it all like I did.

The fret file is too small to properly crown a fret. Buy thus and you'll get what you pay for.
