This worked fine for my HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Workstation Tower running windows 10. Installed and power on and recognized my 3rd monitor. Did not come with the tiny screws though.

The adapter did not work for my particular use case, but this was not a fault with the adapter. It was a problem with the BIOS in my G5 Mini when running a Linux.-based OS. The adapter worked perfectly in Windows, but would not pass audio to the monitor in Linux. The seller (BestPartsCom) was very responsive and helpful, and ultimately offered a full refund on the item.

Funciona perfecto en mi cpu hp. Lo compre porque mi cpu solo tenía salidas display port y tenía un monitor conectado mediante un adaptador. Con este puerto HDMI solo tuve que sustituir el puerto VGA y listo. Fácil de colocar y sin necesidad de instalar ningún programa.
