The grey is more like a dusty blue color which I love so much! The front was easy to put on, I found the back more difficult but still only took less than a minute to put on. I ordered it in white as well.

PRO: There's a lot to like with these: they're attractive, classy and durable. CON: If you're getting the version that fits many late-model Toyotas, you should know that you cannot access the pull-out physical key used in emergencies or various other circumstances, especially with Toyota hybrids. Sure there's an opening for the key ring attached to it, but the opening is way too small, so you'll need to pry off the whole cover to get to the key. No bueno. Also, the top part that covers the buttons of the actual fob inside is fairly stiff, and offers no tactile feedback whatsoever, when you push down on it. You'll see the little red LED glow through the tiny hole for a successful button press, but that's about it. Had hoped this would be a keeper, but returning.

It fits perfectly well. The color is the same as on the photos. I had 2021 RAV4 xle premium. I am not sure if different trim levels have different key fobs but i guess it fits to all 2021 RAV4 trims.
