I’m very happy with the quality and how easily it’s folds up and fits into the zippered pouch in the front of the guitar bag for my acoustic guitar. Price is excellent as well .

Saw one of these at a friends house and was surprised how lightweight it was. I can put it my gig bag or hand luggage as it weighs next to nothing - simple design but effective and sturdy enough for most acoustic / electric guitars as the feet are extendable. Not sure about longevity as I've not long bought it but I'm not about to drop it in the bottom of a drum hardware case!

Stand base will bow out holding electric guitars. You have to place guitar body to very back end to prevent legs from sliding apart, but then the guitar is less stable in stand. Silicon pads do not provide great grip on smooth flooring. Works better with acoustic guitar. Wouldn’t leave anything expensive on it. The aluminum version they offer is much better.

It's okay. It's all shiny plastic which makes it look cheap but I like the rubber on it so it doesn't slide. I'm a little disappointed that when I put my son's 3/4 acoustic on it, it bows out a bit. Not as sturdy as another $20 stand I bought.

Just a little wobbly and handles guitars differently based on center of gravity. Haven't had any real issues or falls or anything otherwise though, and it seems strong with the center lock piece. Its just confusing at first because you have to pull everything to the max position to close it up.

I was a bit surprised how small the package was when it arrived, but it's just that this stand folds VERY well in a compact shape. It opens easily and once on the the ground, it's very stable. The guitar is secure once it's in there. I wouldn't want to move the guitar while it's in the stand, because the foldable parts might move and the guitar would fall over, but to simply store your guitar on the go, it works great. I even find that it's less wobbly than my run of the mill black metal tube stand I use, since it's "feet" are placed wider and contact the ground on their entire surface. The only downside is that the grey parts that you move to adjust to the width of your guitar are of not much use, at least for my strat, since at their smallest adjustment, they're still twice as wide as my guitar (as you can see in the pictures). Maybe they're useful for an acoustic guitar ? But that didn't make my guitar unstable at all. You just have to make sure that the back of the guitar touches completely the vertical parts and it holds very well, no chance of slipping (don't set your guitar on an angle is what I mean). As a portable stand, it's really good and to use as a regular stand, it works too. Good buy.

The Donner DS-2 guitar stand is a lightweight, compact folding stand, small enough to fit in my guitar case pouch for portability, which is a nice bonus if you have other items to transport out to the car. The support legs are adjustable for either electric or acoustic guitars and there is silicone padding as not to cause any rashing on the back of the guitar, there is silicone padding on the support portion of the guitar as well as the footing. This stand is not made for professional use, but if you use it for that acoustic guitar that you have sitting in the corner of the room, it is perfect.
