I like this pen because if itโs size and functions. Small and compact. Very quiet and very strong. A lot easier than try to use a dremel tool. It like writing with a pen. Love it. I would recommend eating a mask when using this tool. Awesome

The product is great. The delivery driver needs a new job!!! He left it right by my gate on the planter for anyone to take!!!! Because he couldn't figure out how to open a gate!!!

Update: I left it plugged in and charging overnight and it is still only charged to the fifth light. As I said below, there are six charging lights and this will only charge to the point of four solid lights with the fifth one flashing. It never gets to the sixth light at all. Otherwise it seems to work OK.-----I got one of these and followed the instructions to charge it fully before use. It appears to have six lights that indicate charge. it will charge up to four solid lights with the fifth one flashing, and never charge any further.I returned that one and had Amazon replace it, and the second one does the same thing, so I guess that's just how they are. The included instructions say that the lights should turn off when they are finished charging, but they don't. They just sit there with four lights lit and the fifth one flashing, until you give up after a few hours and unplug the charger cable.I'll keep the second one because otherwise they work fine, but don't expect them to charge as outlined in the instructions. I don't know how long a charge will last yet.

Great Item, only concern is the bits are inexpensively made. Easy to operate and charge. Would recommend and purchase again.
