From what I can tell these are the same neck screws that come on fender guitars stock. The size is the same.

Having built a lot of electric guitars and repaired quite a few too, I have found that the long screws which are sold as neck plate screws are often too big. This is especially true for those that come packaged with cheap import plates.These Fender screws are great. They slide easily through the holes in the body, as they’re supposed to, and gently grip the inside of the holes in the neck. They are just right for this purpose!My advice: Buy a couple packages of these and keep them around — you’ll be glad you did.
