I normally like gigabyte motherboards - I have handfuls but holy this board was such a pain to have the bluetooth/Wifi working. It just randomly stops and has terrible speeds and that's if you can get it to work... : (

واجهتني مشكلة ممكن تواجه احد وهي اذا ركبت معالج 5800 يشتغل الجهاز بس بدون شاشة او بوت الحل كان اشيل الرامات كلها واخلي رام واحد بعدها الجهاز راح يشتغل عادي بعدين قفلوا الجهاز وركبوا باقي الرامات وخلاص

Missing screws, cables, software and manual. Other then that I can't comment too much. Can't install the MB until I get the missing items. Not NEW. Obviously a return from someone else that didn't put everything back in the box.

Kein Karton um das Mainboard zudem wurde Retouren ware verwendet da dort schon zwei weitere Adressen auf dem Karton standen, funktionierte aber alles einwandfrei. Karton hatte einige Beschädigungen weshalb ich mir ein wenig sorgen machte.Teile nächste mal bestellen über Amazon,definitiv nein.

I have not installed yet BUT! These motherboards come with a manual mine did not so the only reasonable conclusion is this was used. But I bought and paid for a new board unopened. ?

Everything about it demonstrates quality and thoughtful design.A service call regarding a screw for an SSD heat sink was remarkable. More than a week after the initial request I was told they required the serial number. I located the serial number as per support documents on the Gigabyte site. I was informed that what I submitted was not the serial number and the format was incorrect (it has the same format as shown on their site). There are no other numbers. Why would a serial number be required to specify the screw type required for such a standard motherboard?

I could not get WIFI working when starting up to the pc. Ethernet was the only thing that seemed to work with no option to set up wifi. I installed intel drivers as it was described in Amazon's descriptions. I later had to dig through gigabyte's website to find Realtek drivers for wifi. So heads up to anyone buying this board, it is not intel drivers, it is realtek.

Normally I love Gigabyte.Except when I need support.Then I dislike Gigabyte.I wanted to do NVME Raid.Without an included Disk I had to visit their website.The instructions and software given are not working or unclear.Gigabyte has been losing me fast in recent years. These are the reasons why,If I cannot get the raid 1 working I have to pack it up and return it and their support is untenable as it is time consuming. System builders do not make enough to do Gigabytes work for them.

Pay special attention to the PCI-E slot arrangement. For gaming, no issue, but for server use (GPU, RAID controller, 10G network card) the way the lanes are distributed are not suitable. The X570 Elite, B550 Pro both have much more useful lane configs.

One of the cheaper b550 board w/ wifi you can find on the market. Due to personal reason have to use WLAN, was choosing between asus tuf plus and this one.Pros: Full feature set you can expect from b550, good VRM thermal, no heat problem for multi-core OC (I don't have a 5900x so idk about that one, but if you use R9 might as well go for x570). Have more than enough io for most pc users; the free antenna works perfectly, great signal strength. The bios update and tweaking was smooth without any issue. Overall experience was good, definitely recommend.Cons: B550 AORUS Mobo family has this common issue of failing to detect bluetooth adaptor, so you will see bluetooth missing in the system(even after you show hidden item in device manager). This can be solved by cold booting the system (i.e. cut off the power from outlet or off the PSU before next bootup). I guess this is a BIOS problem as something in the HW power up sequence was not properly reset, detected or timed. Anyway, at the time of this review, latest BIOS haven't solve the problem.P.S. If your pc case doesn't have any front usb-c port, go for V1.
