Belle apparence. S'emblait de bonne qualité, mais, il a rendu l'âme après quelques heures d'utilisation. Cependant, il était utilisé de manière plus intensive que la normale. Sinon, pour une utilisation pour lequel il est destiné, je crois qu'il aurait duré plus longtemps.

It came packaged nicely in a box. The craftsmanship is unfortunately of very low quality. When I assembled it at first, it started working without being turned on, so I quickly turned it off. When I turned it back on again, it wouldn't start, but instead the motor compartment ran hot. I disassembled the pen again and let it cool off. Put it together again and it immediately ran hot without even being turned on. I don't think this is worth the hassle of having to return it. I ordered a different engraver that was almost double the price, but runs smoothly and works beautifully.

Okay this works fantastically! I bought it for some items that went into his dorm room. People said things may get stolen so I thought I'd mark what we could as a deterrent. Back of the mini fridge, the top of the microwave, top of convection oven, etc. We even etched his Rubbermaid foot locker. It comes with stencils to make your letters perfect, I used tape to hold in place as I etched. It's sorta loud on the highest setting, but works great! I'm sure there will be other items that we will be etching over time.I also photographed each item and where the etching is. And fyi after researching it most people state you should etch something that you can prove. So your initials, last 4 of your phone, last 4 of your social (which I wasn't comfortable with), drivers license (which I wasn't comfortable with), etc. So I chose our address. This will probably not be something that I do, but if you go looking for your stolen items at yard sales or pawn shops & find something, you can call the police & show them how the etching belongs to you. Then you get your item back.

Ok update! Excellent customer service and I got it working and I am very happy with this purchase I see other mentioned it was loud but mine certainly is NOT.Worth the money .Unfortunately my item came with another order and was in disarray all through my package , I got it all organized and put the battery on charge. And once it green lighted I put it in the pen . Just didn’t start . I am disappointed as I was excited to receive it .

Its 110 volt not useful in our country we use only 220 volt So u must be sure before u buy

I find this tool much better then other models in general. The pins don't wear down or break like I've seen on other models. With 3 pins, this item will probably last me a lifetime...
