I bought this as a test of quality, to see if this brand would be decent quality... The answer is no. This item is useless. The notches are uneven and there is a recessed bow in the from the 4th notch onward. Absolutely useless. Would have ruined my guitar's neck if I didn't check it against a real straight edge first. It's a shame because it feels nice and solid. Shame the manufacturer can't cut straight...

Works great I needed one to check the necks on my guitars to see if the truss rod needs to be adjusted, good price a lot cheaper than a stew mac]⁰

J’ai essayé tant bien que mal de trouver l’angle parfait pour mon manche de guitare électrique (à l’aide de tutoriel, vidéos). Après plusieurs échecs, j’ai décidé de tenter le coup avec cet outil et YOUPPI, en 5 minutes, tout est parfait.

Luckily my notched straight edge came in both quickly and true. A little smaller than I anticipated. Did the trick on my Fender Strat.

I only saw some of these negative reviews after ordering, so I was worried it wouldn't be straight. Luckily mine is straight and worked perfectly fine. It's fairly thin and you can't really set it on your guitar without it falling over constantly, which might not seem like a big deal, but it gets annoying pretty quickly. I think I will eventually replace it with a nicer steel one, but it came as advertised and does the job.

Mine came perfectly level and well notched. I would have liked it to be a bit thicker but for the price I really can't complain it is 100% worth the money. if you have fret buzz your truss rod should be the first place to start and this makes adjustments a breeze

I Thought it would have been more of a finished (machined) straight edge. It was more like an extruded Tool with a frosty surface texture. It was not perfectly straight as it was slightly concave on straight side. Which makes it more difficult to adjust guitar neck . I was disappointed with the product quality for the price.
