I used this on the end of my 1/2 impact in a diesel shop, for extra mobility in tight places. It worked pretty alright, until it came apart right at the swivel one day, the brass tube they use was the weak point, and after looking at it the ports are rather small, it’s 3/8 npt but that brass tube is less than a 1/4” internal diameter, you’d probably be better off with a 1/4 high flow swivel from Astro Pneumatic.

This thing is awesome. I was having a difficult time fitting my 3/8" rachet into tight spaces with the reinforced air hose attached. It was nearly 2' long! This swivel is great - it swivels at the base of the tool as well as hinge in the middle. No air leaks and it's much more compact now. Yay! Works terrific!
