This is slightly tighter than it should be and didn’t fit some of the nuts. Not as good as the Mercedees spec that the tyre fitter had.

OEMTOOLS 24469 1/2 Inch Drive 17mm Flower Lug Bolt Impact Socket for Mercedes Wheel Nuts is so far the best fit for the stupid Mercedes Benz flower design lug nut bolts. Practically I have tried almost all other brands and so far this is the best one you can get. It comes with thin protective sleeve and has a plastic insert inside very much needed to release and not damage the lug not bolt when removed. Use the rubber mullet and long metric hex H10 to hammer it out of the socket, without damaging the stupid flower lug nut bolt. It works the best. I work as a wheel and tire technician, I have used it on a few occasions. It is sturdy and works like a charm! I have a strong feeling, many shops don't have this tool. I see so many rounded out Mercedes star head lug bolts rounded out. Definitely a good buy if you want to make sure the right tool is being used on your car.

Fits the bolts perfectly but the sleeve does not turn as smoothly. Also it’s very tight on the impact gun so it’s hard to take off the gun. A little silicone spray on the socket helps the sleeve spin more smoothly

Fits the 'flower-shaped' lug nuts perfectly. Looks well made! A tire shop just used a 17mm socket with an impact gun and ruined them all, so l ordered this plus a new set of lug nuts. Will keep this socket in my trunk with a small breaker bar in case of a flat tire.
