i love the rpis but not hay with the price point as of late. this caught my eye along with the banana pi so far so good did run into some bluetooth connectivity issues but im sure thats my keyboard being older then pokemon go lol

Works great and is a great addition to block ads and spam on your network if used to set up a pihole on itm would highly recommend following the installation tutorial on the pi-hole website or looking up a youtube video, very easy to set up and will block most ads across any device on your network

Value is great with this SBC.Wifi, Bluetooth and Ethernet are standard.MicroSD slot, USB c power, micro HDMI and only one USB 2 port.The software support was surprising. Android 12, Ubuntu, Debian and Arch.I turned mine into a WiFi file hub using Ubuntu Server and CasaOS.I got the optional expansion board with 2 x USB, IR and 3.5mm audioPower draw is very small and connected to a 20,000mah power bank could last a full day depending on load.Everything worked great with images from Orange Pi. Only thing I would have liked is at least 1xUSB 3 portOtherwise great experience.

I so wanted this Board to work. It looks great on paper. Even watched a video of it being used and it seemed very snappy! Great Price. 1GB ram min (maybe more Ram options too) . A real Pi zero killer ! BUT - Big issues with the wifi uwe5622 chipset on this and other OPi Boards. It just constantly drops out. Kernel error message show up in Dmesg (see pics). Maybe just a Buggy driver, But with an onsite forum that nobody answers (apart from spam bots), and a Discord server with very few posts i ended up spending around 7 days chasing my tail. Found Other users who seem to have similar issues with no resolution. I tried ALL the different images. From the Official OPI Arch, Debian, Ubuntu, even Armbian. All the same ! Sent an email to there 'contact us' address on their web site, but no reply what so ever.If you dont need wifi, or can use wired (Not tested) , or you have a router that the wifi chipset works with, you may get lucky. I tried with my Verizon cr1000a (installed 2023), and a tp-link just to be sure it was not my equipment. But same issue connected to both. Also tried the Zero 2W (Same wifi chipset - so no surprise same issues !). If I ever find or Opi contact me with a solution I will update my review. But as it stands this board just doesnt have reliable wifi ! Which for me was a deal breaker

Ce mini ordinateur arrive à très bien faire fonctionner PI Hole depuis quelques mois et de manière très stable. Ceci s’avère être une solution très intéressante particulièrement lorsqu’on veux garder ce service en fonction malgré une panne électrique puisqu’il consomme très peu.Aucune maintenance à faire comme j’ai configuré les mises à jour de sécurité de l’OS automatique ainsi que la mise à jour des listes pour PI Hole.

The only problem I have with any Orange Pi is having to download their images from a Google Drive. And their repo source is from HuaweiCloud... It's also odd that different ram has different builds. Ended up using community built Armbian images. Built a cheap PiKVM out of this bad boy.
