There are two different boards from Waveshare. This is the Mini version, as opposed to the full-size board which covers the whole of the Pi. I'm putting together a Pi for retro-gaming and emulation, so I wanted to put an NVME in there for quicker access than an SD card.Fitting this is pretty easy. There's a couple of stand-offs, all the screw you need, a 16P cable and six pin (2x3) header. It took about a minute or two to get this fitted and then add the NVME. I have a case that's designed to handle the extra space of an NVME and board and it fit just fine. There are problems with some Pi NVME configurations, so I was most concerned about actually getting the Pi to boot from the NVME. I needn't have worried as it was all straightforward. If I was wanting to use the GPIO pins, I'd have gone for the full board, but as I was only wanting NVME support for a simple project, this did the job and I'm happy with it.
