Recently hooked this product up to my downspout connected to 275 rain collection container. It is good quality and looks like it should last. Was not flimsy. Straight forward install.Appears to work as advertised.Took about 20-30 mins to hook up and was easy. Will need tin snips and hacksaw.I would purchase again.

I purchased this for my rain barrel in the front yard. It was pretty easy to set up and cut the existing easter off downspout and super easy to clean when it gets clogged up. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it. Build quality is pretty decent as well, too. And it's a little expensive for what you get, but definitely great functionality. The fit and finish is exactly what it needs to be.

Tried a few different rain water catchers. By far this is the easiest to install and works the best!

The main unit itself seems well built and the design is perfect for getting a high percentage of the water flow into the rain barrell. However the hose that comes with the unit is very flimsy and barely fits on the diverter valve. I will need to replace that with something better right away. Also the unit only comes with one rubber cap so there's no easy way to remove the hose for winter.

This simply works like it's suppose to. I recently installed a rain barrel and first purchased a metal diverter that didn't work and constantly leaked. This item was easy to install and although constructed of plastic is of good weight and sturdy. This product exceeded my expectations.

These diverters are well built with a good design. If you just enter the downspout about an inch into the top of the diverter, you can remove the whole diverter and screen inside without having to unscrew anthing. Leave yourself about a foot from a downspout strap. If you have winter's below freezing, I would highly recommend to remove the inside in the fall and put back in the spring to prevent any ice damage.

I got this to put on the downspout near my pond to help refill it with rain water. It worked perfectly! We had no problem cutting the gutter and installing the diverter. Once it was on we hooked up the hose and a few rain showers later I had a full pond again. When Helene oversaturated us with rain I just unhooked the hose, put the cap on, and the rainwater ran down the gutter as if the diverter was not there.

Works great, recommend getting a different pipe of a sturdier material though. I got a rubber one instead of the included one
