They sent me one that goes the wrong direction, and it broke off my header pin when I tried to install it. Now it really doesn't work, because the closed pin was going the wrong direction.

This 90° header helps declutter your PC case. Works great, just make sure you get the correct version, A or B. This is the B version, which points the cable AWAY from your motherboard. If you use the straight header for the front USB cables, they end up in a loop in the airflow between the front fans and the cpu cooler tower. This B header is super helpful.

I used a smaller case when I built my newest gaming PC and the USB3 cable really stuck out awkwardly. This adapter did the trick. The case looks great and I've had no trouble with the ports.

Anyone who has built a computer knows that plugging in a USB 3.0 connector to a motherboard can be stressful, since the cable is stiff, and the port isn't very robust. This takes a lot of the worry away and relieves a bunch of stress on the connector.

Fit was as expected. Purchased this 90 degree adapter to overcome a very tight bend on a stiff cable. Due to the new position of the motherboard USB 3.0 socket; a straight in connection for the front header plug was near impossible. Some structural cage metal and it's supporting pillar were in the way.This adapter was a problem solver !

I needed this after upgrading my video card: the anti sag bracket included would prevent me from using the USB3 header on the motherboard.This adapter solved my problem. However, I think it could be improved. It doesn't seem like we can insert it completely into the socket on the motherboard. As a result, it sits like 1 or 2mm higher than expected for a perfect fit. Product loses one star for that.Otherwise, it is a nice connector. It doesn't seem like it impacted the performance of my usb ports in any way.
