Works good for dips and leg raises. I had to use my own hardware as the included hardware was not long enough to mount through the wood I was using.

Perfect for the cost. I lag bolted 2 - 2x6 boards to the wall and then lag bolted this product to that. The best part is that you can space them out to a custom dimension. Bigger units come fixed.

Overall build quality is fine but the threads for the vertical hand holds were contaminated with sloppy welds. If I didn’t have the tools and expertise it would have been unusable. Unfortunately I had to clear out the threads and retap.

Bad design, the padding is too close to the handles... elbows are 3-4 inches behind, since they reinforced it underneath you can't drill another hole and get them back. Also the amount of work to make those solid in a standard wall is questionnable. The powder coat and build quality is good. Don't get me wrong they are good value if you are a very short person with very short arms.

I have now had the opportunity to try a number of products from Synergee and this brand has really been impressing me more and more. This Dip Station hardware did not disappoint. The units are very sturdy with the welded steel box and round tube construction and the powder coat finish makes them very durable as well. The units come with some mounting hardware but you will still need to get additional hardware of your own if you want to create a semi-permanent, extremely strong installation. In my case I am making use of a use of 2x10 wood material as the means to secure it to the wall. I feel that 2x10 is necessary since the metal back brakets at the end of the arms are 8 inches tall and you want to ensure that you have a lot of excess materal above and below your drilled holes for a rock solid final mounting solution. I used the supplied hardware to mount the arms to the 2x10 itself but in order to mount that 2x10 to the wall I used my own supplied 6 inch long 3/8" Lag Screws that go through the 2x10, drywall and then at least 4 inches into the exterior 2x6 stud wall. These are not going anywhere! In actual use, after a proper installation, this Dip setup feels extremely strong and inspires confidence. These can more than easily support my 165lbs and perform their required role as intended.Once again, I am very impressed with this brand! Their hardware is well designed, very strong and adds very verstatile additional equipment to my home gym. I feel that this is very good value for money and I recomend it! 5*

Bye-bye gym membership. This past year I've been steadily growing my home gym, and it's quite worth the investment. Consider how much you pay for your gym membership annually, also factor in travel time, gas, extra clothing, bags, etc... and well, you get the point.Honestly, I don't think I'll ever head back to the gym ever again. It's just so convenient to drill through a quick workout at home and jump in the shower right after. And as for gym clothes? Well you're at home silly. Anything goes... I prefer shirtless with a towel - and yea I'm a dude so it's fine. You save an enormous amount of time and money going this route. Especially with a busy lifestyle.I digress. This dip station is an excellent addition to my home gym and works as a perfectly acceptable alternative from the types you're use to at the gym. It's also very much affordable and if you're thinking of starting up your home gym, then get this one.It mounts to the wall freeing up much needed space. I would recommend adding a 3/4 inch thick wood (plywood perhaps?) to wedge between your drywall and dip bracket. Why? Well it adds an extra layer of reinforcement and it help distribute the force/pressure working against it. However, be sure the bolts are long/strong enough to meat through it all and securely fasted to a beam. You can also get creative, make foot rests out of 2x4 wood if you're handy. Otherwise a stepping stool could suffice.Great stuff. Thumbs up.

I tried a lot of solutions to wall mount this, beams, steel plates, brick, and wooded back plates. It would tilt too much, we had no confidence in it. The actual product itself is passable, but the lack of instructions and options to mount make it less than desirable product. I ended up buying attachments to my power cage to use instead.
