I love how these extra hands easily connects to my work bench. They seem to be well made and very flexible.

I use this for guitar electronics and its certainly helpful. I like the long arms and the table clamping mechanism is sturdy. The arms tend to spring back a little when initially positioned so you have to compensare for this if you expect it to hold things exactly where you want them which makes setting up a little fiddly but still OK.I'd buy this again for the price and functionality.
