- Tripquips Wall Mounted Fishing Rod Holder for Boat, Side Mount Holder Tube Links with Screws Fishing Rod Holder Rack 3 Pole Tubes for Truck (‎white) -Good for what they are, but like someone else said mine was also missing screws when arriving. Nothing horrible, but a bit of a letdown.

It arrives as 6 plastic parts plus screws. The parts are plenty strong. This is good, because to get them to "snap" together, I had to put the assembly on a hard surface and literally beat on it with a heavy rubber mallet - I really expected the parts to break but they did not.The screws provided were about 1/4" too short to mount to a standard 1" thick tube so I bought others. Stainless, another $9 including nuts.Installing was aggravating because the screw heads are 2-3 inches deep in the narrow plastic tubes and it took manipulation and enlarging some holes to get the screws to follow the 3-hole path. Finally, they result is sturdy, looks sharp, especially with a couple of rod and reels in them.

Overall the design and simplicity is what I love about the rod holder. It can mount to just about anything and while I had initially picked it up to mount to the side of my pelican sled, I might actually find a cooler or milk crate instead for simplicity to handle my rods while ice fishing.Overall the quality is a bit mediocre, The plastic is somewhat thick but of a cheap quality. It works well, it's not heavy but I wouldn't say it's durable. To assemble it you have to hammer the holders to the back braces and I was pretty sure some of the clips were going to break or a rod holder was going to crack but luckily nothing did. The bolts or screws included are simple but allow installation on just about any surface. My ice fishing rods sit a bit loose unfortunately so they tend to rattle around, I might look into putting some foam or elastic to retain them a bit better in the bottom.Overall it's simplicity and versatility is what makes it a good product. For the price it's pretty cheap compared to other options but you are definitely getting what you pay for with the lower quality plastic. I'll definitely modify it a bit as I use it more, but otherwise you wont be disappointed if you pick this up. I just would have preferred a bit more quality on the plastic even if it cost a bit more; I just don't know how easily it'll crack out in the cold on the ice.

I'm an avid salmon fisherman, and I typically use rods that are 8 to 10 feet long. I wanted this rod holder for my boat to add more rod holders while fishing. I chose this holder because it had a simple design and was very easy to assemble. I used a mallet and a wood block to hit the flat back of the crossbar to get the pieces to click together. I was afraid that some of the clips would break or the rod holder would crack, but luckily nothing did. It's a tight fit. The middle slots between the rod holder is a convenient place to keep fishing lures, a knife, pliers, and other small items. The screws for installation were provided. The price is reasonable compared to other options on the market, but the quality of the plastic is definitely lower than what I thought. Doesn't feel super heavy duty. However, they do the job and would think it will not break easily. Overall, this rod holder is a good option if you are looking for a simple and affordable solution.

Although the boat is packed away for the winter I am looking forward to being able to mount these fishing rod holders. The plastic is strong and durable and is easy to wipe off for cleaning. The mount should fit most sized fishing rods, and I was impressed by the smooth inside and beveled edge around the top.

Tripquips Wall Mounted Fishing Rod Holder for Boat, Side Mount Holder Tube LinksIt's a fantastic low-cost fishing pole rack. Everything is made of plastic except obviously the screws. Becomes with two sets of screws. One for walls and one for bolting. Comfortably fits three poles securely. It comes disassembled and does take a little bit of elbow grease to snap the three holders into the mounting structure..... You just need to put all your weight down after aligning the tabs.I use this to organize two rods in my garage. And it looks fantastic

Ordering something like this rod holder was long overdue for our little 16ft fishing boat. My husband and I have taken as much as 3 "guests" fishing with us at times and having everyone's rods up right and out of the way has made a huge difference on our little boat. The holder is of good quality and super easy to install.

I mounted this rod holder to my fishing kayak and it's super sturdy! The deep channels hold the rod butts securely, so there's no chance of them slipping out and falling into the water. The mounting process was easy, and it came with everything I needed. I would recommend adding a metal bracket for extra support, but I think it's pretty solid without it.
