I purchased an extra heating element just in case the original failed. When the heating element failed I grabbed my replacement heating element to install it but it is much too long compared to what's originally in the 907F handle!!! Lost my money and did not have a backup, after all.

Not the right element/sensor combo for my own 853D. Temperature continued to read 0, while the iron was heating up very quickly(faster than it probably should have). Apparently A1322 is the right element/iron/sensor for my unit. Found a complete iron for less than this sensor... Live and learn.

This replacement worked as advertised - I give it a 4/5 based on the lack of supporting installation information.If you need this replacement, I would suggest leaving the broken iron’s element installed until you’ve have the replacement in hand or take some pictures before removing the old element. There is no diagram or any other type of aid that comes with this replacement. Speaking with Yihua reps wasn’t so easy either but that’s mostly due to the language barrier. If some type of aid were included, I would redact and change the rating to 5/5

The second one I've had to replace on my yihua 853d II 5amp, there sorry of fragile but it works again now that I changed it out
