Si votre clef ne répond plus de ses fonctions, avant de penser aller au concessionnaire automobile pour une reprogrammation, penser 1) changer la pile de votre clef, 2) se procurer cet article qui répond en tout point à la remise en marche des fonctions de votre clef. S’assurer toutefois du modèle requis pour votre type de clef. La raison: les contacts de métal qui se trouvent à l’intérieur de la clef peuvent être lousses ou détachés ce qui empêche la clef de fonctionner correctement.

2012 Ram 1500. I had a fob that the auto start stopped working on, so I used my spare fob for a few years until it started to not unlock the truck anymore… Figured I’d try these out as it is an inexpensive option.One of the fobs works like new with this replacement piece, every button is 100% functional again.The second fob still doesn’t work at all with the new piece installed, but I believe that might be an issue with the actually chip in the key or the battery and not this product.Still gave 5 stars because one key that was having serious issues no longer has any and for the price I’m very happy with that!

I did have to trip the area circled on red in my photo, as it's too large and if not trimmed it will pop the replacement out of the case on that side. Took 1 minute to trim to match the old one. Still giving 5 stars considering these were so well priced and work like the fob is brand new. Not sure how long it will last, but even if i have to replace it in 1 year, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than getting ripped off at the dealership.

Fast shipping. Parts smaller than original, has gap between housing and ruber. One button is defective. Luks like someone pill the metal piece out "panic button". Ponch is open and has new tag. I am pretty sure they now about that.

Bought this because my original one on my key was not working. The grounds on my old one were no good. Appon opening the package everything looked pretty good except the ground contacts on the inside of the rubber key didn't look very sturdy. The contacts didn't look glued properly. I still tried them and they fit and worked so I am going to keep them. They didn't cost very much but we will see how long they will last.
