Lightweight. Not designed or constructed for heavy duty. One of the wheels torqued off. The wheel screws into a metal plate that is inside a square cross-section steel tube. The bracket pulled out when the wheel came off. I fixed by filling the void in the tube between the bracket and top of the wheel assembly with an expoxy paste. This is a design defect. The product needs a threaded sleeve that fills the void so that wheel has a solid mass to screw into.

The directions seem to be very straight forward.However on part B the 2 slots are missing on one side.Sending back as I can't seem to find how to get a single replacement.Will order again.
