We have owned these for two seasons now. Great product. However this last weekend my wife severed her finger tip. Spent 8hrs in the ER and saw a hand surgeon the following morning. The clippers didn’t finish the job but the 10% left is the only reason they decided to reattach it at the moment to use it as a biological “bandage”.Be aware. My wife simply wasn’t paying attention where her left hand was in relationship to her right hand using the trimmer.Extremely sharp and dangerous for children I’d imagine as well.

I purchased this item to replace a similar Gardena product that I lost. I plugged it into the charger and left it overnight expecting a full charge by morning. Not only was it not charged, the trimmer wasn't taking a charge at all. The refund/return process was easy. One note, Gardena has very limited customer support in the United States. It's something to consider when buying their brand.
