I had returned a pair of competitor's shears, which were $10 less expensive, not sharp, and didn't work. Then I ordered these, because they're listed on a gardener's web site. SO happy! They are wicked sharp and trim my garden bed edges super cleanly--exactly what I wanted. Because of the long handles, I also groomed a bush that had grown too tall. Of course, holding up the shears is more strain on the back, but it worked. The battery edgers I have tear up the lawn & the border, it doesn't give a clean cut, and it's heavy for me. This tool is what I needed. I highly recommend.

Perfect for lawn edging. Easy to use We have an gas powered weed eater but this manual edger leaves by far a much better edge to our lawn. In my opinion it’s worth the physical work for the end result. Plus We are not using gas and polluting the environment or adding to the noise meter!!! Well constructed. Worth the price. Highly recommend.

Obwohl aus der UK, kam das Paket schnell. Die Ware macht einen Wertigkeit Eindruck. Die Klingen sind scharf. Ich habe es jetzt schon dreimal benutzt.

I bought one of these 4 years ago or so and lent it to my daughter. Told her to keep it and chose to buy a new one. This tool works very well. Not only is it easy to use because of the long-reach handles, but it always gives you a clean edge and allows you to cut any small roots along the path. I have a gas-powered edger -- but I prefer to take the extra time it takes to use the Bahco as nothing else I use gives me that clean edge and look.As for Rittenhouse, this is the third time I order from this seller and always had 100% satisfaction.
