They seem to be holding up well. Does not include screws. If using the angled ones, remember to cut your hole at an angle, not straight down.

The installation was easy, and they feel pretty firm. I was able to create two holes in the front of my 180 sea ray boat (port and steer board side, just in front of the windshield); I know this is not a boat for fishing, but sometimes I want to do it and having this holder is a great help, besides they look nice like if they were from the manufactory. It was a good choice.
