Your cart is empty.Being able to measure and adjust your TAYLOR Guitar's neck relief is a critical step in the setup process and will improve your playability and sound. MusicNomad is making it real easy for anyone to perform this task with our Measure and Adjust kits. The Precision Truss Rod Gauge comes equipped with the 3 most common relief measurements for Electric, Acoustic, Classical and Bass Guitars (.006”,.008”,.010”). For TAYLOR, use the.008" Gauge along with the clever Pick Capo and follow the instructions printed right on the gauge. When you are ready to adjust, MusicNomad's 1/4" Premium Truss Rod Wrench is made custom to fit the TAYLOR Guitars truss rod nut that you adjust at the headstock. Equipped with a handy magnetic screwdriver on one end remove the tiny truss rod screws, and then turn it around and use the wrench to properly adjust your truss rod. Our ergonomic handle and rubber protective bumper gives you the comfort around your prized instrument. Keep your Gauge close by as it works on any Guitar or Bass and the 1/4" Wrench will work on other Guitar brands that require that size.

This worked out great for me. I used the MusicNomad Truss Rod Neck Relief Measure and Adjust Kit Compatible with Taylor Guitars (MN610) and it seemed really easy. I recently upped the gauges of my strings on my acoustic and needed to adjust the neck a little bit for better action. Mission success! Buying this kit was way cheaper than bringing it into a professional. I like that it also can measure the strings for electric and bass. That will come in handy for my electrics. I'd buy it again.

I purchased some kits that had cheaper tools in them. I ended up replacing all of those with the music nomad products. They were great, and they are great instructions on YouTube for using them. They make it very simple. Buy these the first time and save yourself the money.

You would think that Taylor would give you a wrench when you spend that kind of money on a guitar.The wrench fits and does its job. The relief measure certainy helps to tune up your instrument.
