The product is as expected, but if you are planning on getting Caligraphy results... buy something else. If you are planning on getting your initials or a few jaggy numbers on an item, then it works fine for this.

Opened it. Put the batteries in. Worked fine for legit 5 seconds. Then stopped, acted as if it was jammed. Tried to pin the spindle and it just wont work now. Ive tried changing the batteries but nothing seems to work.

As much as this tool is not very powerful, it works well.I used it to engrave stainless steel water bottles, and I needed a few minutes to get used to the way it works.If you need a bid deeper groove, need to go over the groove several times. Of course, it is not as powerful or durable as a dentist tool (which is also great for enraging 😁) but it works just fine.Happy with my purchase
